At times, a drastic solution is needed. After the loss of dentition (teeth), this patient received upper arch implants that are connected with a bar. The bar retainer denture greatly improved fit with minimal retention, and she regained full function. The patient was very happy with her smile, and once again being able to bit into an apple.
