Denture cost questions, answered.
How much do dentures cost in Calgary?
Denture costs in Calgary vary with the type of denture, whether you need one arch or both, the materials used and any follow-up care. A partial or repair costs less than a full set or an implant-supported denture. Future Smiles confirms your actual cost after a free consultation and assessment.
Does insurance cover dentures?
Many dental insurance plans cover part of the cost of dentures, relines and repairs, often with frequency limits. Future Smiles accepts all major plans and offers direct billing where supported, so you only pay your patient portion.
Does CDCP cover dentures?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan can cover eligible denture services for qualifying patients, and Future Smiles accepts CDCP. Eligibility, coverage and co-payments depend on your plan and income, so our team can help you understand your expected portion.
Is it cheaper to reline or replace my denture?
A reline or repair usually costs much less than a new denture and can restore comfort if the denture is otherwise in good condition. If the teeth are worn or the base is failing, a rebase or replacement may be better value over time.
Can I pay for dentures monthly?
Yes. Future Smiles offers access to Medicard patient financing for eligible treatment, with amounts from $500 to $50,000 and terms of 12 to 84 months, subject to approval. You can finance all or part of the cost.
