Our mouths are not only always moving, they’re also always changing. Why do dentures break or crack?

It’s really important that if our dentures crack or if a false tooth comes loose or falls out, we don’t try to fix it ourselves. Some denture clinics say it’s possible to fix dentures with superglue, but the fact is that’s not the case at all. Trying to fix dentures at home can cause more damage than good, and a denturist like myself uses repair materials that aren’t available in most households. Also, if our dentures are cracking because they no longer fit properly, attempting to fix cracks at home isn’t going to solve the problem. How are dentures repaired?
A denturist can decide whether our dentures are fixable or if they’re beyond repair. Sometimes, it’s possible to fix the existing set of dentures, but sometimes it could be necessary to recast the set to make a proper repair.
