Recently, a patient came in with an old set of partial dentures. The denture set was worn down from time, which was causing uneven pressure on her natural teeth and disruption of denture alignment and position. The patient was fitted with both new partial upper and lower dentures. The dentures were made in such a way that if the patient ever got any more extractions, the partial dentures can easily be modified by adding teeth to the denture if needed. The new dentures enhanced the patient's lovely smile, reduced unnecessary pressure, and improved her ability to chew.
